Resolved Question: What is a good recipe for cherry muffins?

When I was younger, I went to a local bakery called Corner Bakery in Troy, MI and it had the best cherry muffins ever. Since then, it has shut down, and I cannot stop thinking about how tasty they were! I've tried looking for a similar recipe, but none of them look like they would taste the same. They were big muffins (great crust), without any dried cherries of any sort, but the muffins were pink in color. I think they may have used cherry juice? Anyone have any ideas?... Read More »
