Resolved Question: Is ups lying on weight?

I shipped a 144cm Snowboard to someone in Ft.Wayne, IN from Troy, MI and when I went to the store they said it was 13lbs. Now I got an invoice saying that the snowboard is 41.2lbs. There is no way a snowboard weighs 41.2lbs. I have trouble lifting 35lbs weights, and I can easily pick up my snowboard with one hand. They're charging me $22.95. Does anyone know what I should do?
